Job Title: Change Coordinator
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Hours: Permanent - Mon – Fri, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £24-£26,000 pa
We are recruiting for a full-time Change Coordinator to join our client based in Wymondham. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail. In addition, Production Services, Finance, and IT functions reside on the site. Both Inbound and Outbound operations provide services for multiple customers.
Purpose of the role
The Change Coordinator role has responsibility for the end-to-end job management process, maintaining and ensuring all clients’ change and BAU activity is met within agreed service levels. Accurate and timely updates regarding change requests will need to be provided as well as being the main point of contact for both internal and external clients on all matters relating to change requests and live job status updates.
Main duties:
• Adhere to defined standards and processes
• Maintain up to date working procedures and assist with process improvements
• Provision of timely and accurate BAU job instructions to Operations teams
• Ensure SPIN (special instruction) actions are logged and progressed with Operations teams
• Ensure all change activity is accurately logged and managed via the change database
• Work with Composition and Technical teams to ensure jobs and change requests are carried out correctly and within timescales
• Responsibility for the end-to-end job management process through ProdMI and DSS Work Tracking systems
• Working with Planning and Operations teams for scheduling work into Production
• Ensure accurate information is available to support daily production meetings
• Issue management and escalation as appropriate
• Ensure all relevant parties are involved in timely completion of impact assessments
Skills/Experience:
• Office working experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience within a change environment
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Some client facing experience
• IT Literate & competent in the use of MS outlook, teams and Excel
