Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management – Assist in overseeing a commercial property portfolio, ensuring strong financial and operational performance.
* Service Charges – Oversee and review service charge budgets, working closely with property managers to drive cost efficiency and transparency.
* Leasing & Tenant Relations – Support leasing negotiations, tenant engagement, and strategic asset enhancement.
* Market & Performance Analysis – Monitor trends and asset performance to identify opportunities for rental growth and value creation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Work alongside external contractors and legal teams.
* Financial Reporting – Prepare financial reports, investment appraisals, and performance forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience – 2+ years in asset management, property management, or a related real estate role.
* Commercial Market Knowledge – Strong understanding of lease structures, service charges, and the UK commercial property market.
* Analytical Skills – Experience in financial modelling, reporting, and investment analysis.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent ability to build relationships with tenants, contractors, and legal teams.
* Qualifications – A degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
