As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will be sitting on the Senior Leadership team, and you will be playing a pivotal role in optimising operational processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the charge in driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with other departmental heads to identify areas of optimisation and implement strategic solutions
* Set ambitious targets and KPIs across the business
* Champion a culture of empowerment and learning
* Act as a key member of the SLT to provide guidance to short, medium and long-term objectives
