An award-winning law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their highly successful team in their Chiswick office.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide secretarial and administrative support to a Solicitor in a busy Litigation team. Duties to include:

Audio/ copy typing of letters, attendance notes
Preparing Court forms/legal documents
Managing diaries, booking appointments and arranging meetings
Liaising with clients, Courts and other parties
Attending to clients in person and on the phone
File opening, closing and retrieval
Electronic and manual filing of documents
Undertaking Legal Research
Preparing and rendering billsThis Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time, office based role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm

The Requirements

Legal experience in a law firm (essential)
At least 3 years previous experience as a legal Secretary/legal assistant (essential)
