You're a Project Manager who's good now and wants to be very good soon. The kind who can keep a £5m Knightsbridge townhouse on track without losing the will to live.

The gig:

Run high-end refurb jobs (£110m) across Chelsea, Kensington, etc.

Handle planning, party wall, budgets, build

Work closely with directors, not layers of middle management

You:

Construction-savvy, not just fluent in buzzwords

Comfortable running sites and managing grown adults

Wanting more responsibility (and possibly nicer shoes)

Company has £750m+ of very nice houses under its belt. They're looking to add one sharp PM to the mix.
