The Client:

An animal charity, aiming to expand impact and adapt to an evolving world, continuing their mission of caring for animals and supporting their owners. 

The Role: 

Grants Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning: support the I&E lead with design and implementation of the impact measurement and approach for Grants. As well as manage the development of Grants MEL processes with the impact measurement approach
Provide technical MEL knowledge advice and guidance to Grants Managers and grantees during the grant development process to ensure strong monitoring and evaluation practices are applied
Work closely with the I&E Lead, support the development of organisational impact and evaluation tools, approaches and guidance as required
Develop a culture of learning, collaborating with the Insight and Impact team The Successful Candidate:

Strong experience in the monitoring, evaluation and learning of grants within an international context, including impact measurement, systems and approaches
Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods in a non-profit or similar operational environment
Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate to a range of both technical and non-technical audiences
Available to start the role by 19th August 2024 What’s on offer?
