We are currently recruiting for a Duct Lagger to work on an ongoing commercial project based in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair insulation on ductwork for a large commercial HVAC system.
• Apply lagging materials, including fiberglass, rock wool, and foam, to improve system efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the effectiveness of insulation materials.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a duct lagger, preferably on commercial projects.
• Knowledge of various insulation materials and their applications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in challenging environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights).
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
