2nd Line Service Desk Engineer
Dundee/Hybrid
£25,000 - £30,000

Day-to-Day:

Supporting the Service Desk in a 2nd Line capacity
Supporting clients on-site with technical issues and project work
Collaborating with your team and the escalation team to find a resolution for your clients.
Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructureTech Stack:
