A leading UK construction firm is looking for a Senior Administrator / Project Coordinator to join their team to support contract managers and internal trades staff on a day-to-day basis. This will be a full time role based in the company head office.
What’s on offer?
* Full time, permanent role
* £30,000 – £35,000/year depending on experience
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong background in administration within the construction sector, ideally social housing maintenance
* Confident with inbound and outbound calls
* Experience producing reports
* Placing orders with suppliers
* Knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office including managing email queries
* Experience of diary management
