With their new London office, theyre poised to make a significant impact in the mission critical and data centre markets. They need a visionary Associate Director to spearhead this growth, drive business development, grow the team and win new projects.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow our presence in the mission critical and data centre sector.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and secure contracts.
* Project Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
* Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of talented engineers and support staff.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
* Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to keep the business at the forefront of the sector.
