PDC Technician

Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (Site open 6am-7pm)

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Igloo is hiring PDC Technicians for a leading automotive company in Chipping Warden. This is a great chance to join a reputable business with operations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out vehicle health checks and PDI/PDC to manufacturer standards.

* Complete check sheets using AssetCare system.

* Work with the team to maintain high productivity.

* Ensure accurate documentation and report any defects to the Damage Controller.

* Occasionally perform minor repairs, servicing, and tyre replacements.

* Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

* Keep the workshop clean and well-organized.

Requirements:

* Essential: City & Guilds 1 & 2 in Motor Vehicle Studies.

* Relevant workshop experience.

* Strong awareness of quality standards and a professional attitude.

* Desirable: Manufacturer training, good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently.
