They’re looking for a data specialist who can not only maintain data accuracy and integrity but also create robust data governance structures that align with our organisational goals.
Location: UK, starting Jan 25, Contract Length: 9-12 months, £550 per day outside IR35

Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Quality Management: Develop and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
ServiceNow Data Management: Configure ServiceNow to support data management best practices, including data structures, workflows, and integration with other systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Provide guidance and training on data standards and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project data needs.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify data-related risks and continuously refine data management practices to ensure the highest quality and streamlined operations.What You’ll Bring
Experience: 7+ years as a Data SME, including 5+ years in ServiceNow data management (ITSM module), with a proven track record in data governance and data quality management.
Skills: Advanced knowledge of data management practices within ServiceNow, proficiency in data governance tools, and strong data quality monitoring capabilities.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Why Join Us?
