Role overview
The manufacturing operators will commence their roles in October 2024, during this time you will undergo a thorough development process, becoming fully trained and prepared for permanent positions by October 2025.

Shift Pattern
You will work a dynamic shift pattern consisting of 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of night shifts 07:00-19:00 followed by 19:00-07:00, This schedule allows for ample time off to recharge and enjoy a healthy work life balance

You will work an average of 42 hours per week. The rota is 60 hours in week 1 and 24 hours in week 2
