Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
Future build recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the management and operation of a concrete batching plant on a major construction project. The project primarily involves reinforced concrete (RC) structures, silos, and deep piling works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of the concrete batching plant operations.

* Oversee the production, quality control, and supply of concrete for RC structures, silos, and deep piling works.

* Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

* Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing concrete batching plant operations and major construction projects.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project components.
