We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant/Executive to serve as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries. This role is crucial for establishing rapport, building credibility, and showcasing our expertise to prospective clients.You will manage, document, and respond to enquiries with professionalism across both phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate enquiries to appropriate specialists based on client needs, coordinating complex queries with senior team members.
Arrange meetings for qualified prospects, ensuring meticulous coordination and a positive client experience.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and prospects throughout their initial engagement.
Support both Sales and marketing colleagues contributing to lead generation and email campaigns.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and to nurture relationships.
Support campaign efforts by enriching client data and identifying trends that aid in pipeline development.
Coordinate pipeline calls with senior team members, assisting with collecting data, reporting on trends, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members are essential. This role is suited to a marketing professional with 1-2 years experience with some sales and or customer service experience within their work experience. Passionate about client success and skilled in managing communications professionally and effectively.
