Cedar is currently partnered with a PE-backed FMCG business to secure an Interim Finance Business Partner, based in Central London. This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility to become permanent thereafter. The role is 100% office-based and is offering a base salary of £60,000.

The Role
As Interim Finance Business Partner, you will:
Deliver quarterly and annual forecasts and budgets for regional sales.
Provide strategic financial insights and reports to the Sales & Marketing division and senior leadership.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing division to monitor and analyse financial performance and support the achievement of sales targets.
Conduct promotional analysis and create financial models for informed decision-making.
Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to streamline processes.
Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities, implementing cost-saving strategies.
Your Profile
You will ideally have:
A formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/CA).
A minimum of one year of post-qualified experience within a Finance role.
Strong Excel skills, with the desire to develop your financial modelling capability to support insightful analysis.
Excellent interpersonal capability, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence other teams.
Previous experience within FMCG / Retail.
The salary of £60,000 represents a fair value, or logical increase on your previous salary or day rate.
