IT Support Specialist
Are you passionate about technology and healthcare? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support, focusing on end-user computing services.

What You'll Do:

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, ensuring users receive timely assistance for hardware and software issues.
Device Management: Build and deploy end-user computing devices in compliance with Digital Service Standards. Test new builds and resolve any issues to maintain effective and secure operations.
Software Deployment: Install and deploy software, ensuring systems remain secure and functional.
User Assistance: Assist users with hardware, software, and printer setup, and provide application support as needed.
Out-of-Hours Support: Participate in the Digital out-of-hours support rota, providing 24/7 infrastructure and application support.

Communication & Teamwork:

Manage tasks in alignment with digital policies, ensuring clear communication and updates to users and management.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and share knowledge, maintaining a customer-focused approach.

What You Bring:

Experience: Proven background in IT support, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office suites, Active Directory, and NHS applications.
ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
