Location: South London (Purley) | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Benefits & Career Growth

Are you a German-speaking graduate with a passion for project management and a keen eye for detail? Do you want to work in a fast-paced, international creative agency that designs packaging for some of the world’s biggest retail brands?

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing exciting projects while receiving full training and career development in a supportive, multicultural environment. If you have at least 6 months of administration experience and are ready to take on responsibility, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the Senior Project Manager in overseeing project processes and timelines.
Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Managing your own accounts and projects with guidance from an Account Director.
Providing analytical support and maintaining detailed project records.
Communicating effectively in both German and English to deliver top-quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

* A German Speaking graduate with at least 6 months of administration experience.

* Strong organisation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast- moving environment.

* A passion for the creative sector and eagerness to develop a career in Project/Account Management
