Job Title: Reception Administrator - Part Time

Location: Hove

Rate: £12.50 per hour

Contract Type: Temp ongoing

Working Pattern: 8.30 am - 1.30pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team and provide exceptional administrative support.

With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, this position offers a chance to utilise your typing skills and make a positive impact in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce reports and reply to emails, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor and respond to incoming and outgoing emails with professionalism
Serve as the main receptionist, answering calls in a polite and well-spoken manner
Utilise your working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other relevant software
Prioritise the workload of the Director, including typing reports and emails, and filing paperwork in a chronological order
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printingRequirements:

Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Familiarity with Thunderbird email system is preferred, but not essential
Flexibility to cover longer hours when required
Polite and professional phone etiquette
