KCS Education are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to drive their future growth by owning and growing a portfolio of customer accounts in the Education sector.

As this is a target driven role, the successful candidate will need to be tenacious and have the ability to win new business and an understanding of the customer sales cycle.

Key duties –

Manage, grow and own a portfolio of Educational Establishments involving a mixture of sales visits and calls to customers across the South East

Actively promote products and services to increase revenue sales and seek opportunities

Negotiate with customers on their full product portfolio to grow the adoption of more product ranges

Use and update company IT systems such as our ZOHO CRM with accurate data entry to include activity logging, customer information and quotations

Able to deal with requests from our customer base with ownership. To include liaising with internal departments and colleagues
What we need from you

Proven Account Management experience is essential, winning new business both in person and remotely

Previous experience working with a wide range of products and services in a volume-activity business

Able to confidently to work and travel independently

Able to negotiate, deliver benefit statements and demonstrate best value to customers

Able to effectively ask questions to understand and assess customer needs in order to deliver solutions
