Looking for a Surface Mount Machine Operator to join the team to work in Basingstoke. Do you want to join a leading, well established and successful electronics manufacturing firm in Basingstoke where five-star customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

Job Responsibilities

* Set-up and operate pick and place machines according to work order specifications.

* Print solder paste onto boards, either by hand or machine.

* Hand place electronic components.

* Accurately hand place components that are not in a machine friendly format.

Job Requirements

* Previous experience of pick and place machine operation.

* Experience of PCB Assembly

* Hand Placement of components and soldering.

* Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format.

* Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and management.

* Strong Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
