Job Title: Principal Data Scientist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead AI/ML initiatives, drive analytics growth, and work closely with C-suite clients. You’ll define strategic challenges, develop solutions using AI, machine learning, and data science, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI/ML projects and create business solutions for clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and present actionable insights.
Mentor teams, manage project risks, and oversee delivery.
Publish thought leadership and represent the company at industry events.
Skills & Experience:

Expertise in AI/ML (GenAI, NLP, computer vision).
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools like TensorFlow and Databricks.
Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
Success in delivering large-scale projects in the public/private sector.
Security Clearance:
Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance (UK residency for 5+ years)
