SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – Camberley, Surrey

Harton Education is partnering with fantastic Primary SEN schools in the Camberley area, looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams after the Easter half-term break. These schools are investing in their staff and offering training and development opportunities, making this a great role for both experienced TAs and those new to SEN education.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Start Date: After Easter Half-Term
Contract: Long-term with the option to go permanent
Pay Rate: £105 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 08:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Experience: Not essential – but engagement, commitment, and a passion for working with SEN students are a must!

Role Duties:

✔ Supporting students in KS1 & KS2 with Autism, SEMH, and behavioral needs
✔ Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
✔ Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students engage and progress
✔ Supporting students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
✔ Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✔ Working closely with the SENCO and other staff to implement individual learning plans
