The kitchen will focus on Fresh, Seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, offering a high end Gastro experience, this would include tasting menus of up to 12-15 courses.

Requirements
* 2 Rosette experience
* Pastry Skills desired but not essential
* Passion for locally sourced seasonal ingredients
* Passionate about guest experience
