Role Overview:
This Junior PA / Estate Administrator role supports the principals of the estate with day-to-day administrative tasks and assists the estate team with operations and contractor management. This is an opportunity to work in a prestigious setting while growing your career in administrative and organizational functions.
You wlll need a confident personality and to be able to work alongside other members of the estate team.

Key Requirements:
• Reside within a 45-minute drive of SL7.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• You will also need to have accurate numeracy skills.

Responsibilities:
For the Principals:
• Managing invoice checks and payments.
• Administering utilities for multiple properties.
• Conducting ad hoc research (e.g., holidays, children's activities, suppliers).
• Handling ad hoc purchases and bookings (e.g., travel, hotels, children's activities).
• Providing logistical support and PA team resilience.
• Assisting with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and arranging interviews.
For the Estate Managers and Workers:
• Coordinating contractor visits and access schedules.
• Assisting with booking scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Processing and managing invoice payments.
• Supporting purchasing needs for estate management.
Days and Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
