My client in Newquay are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team at this coastal town Hotel.

My client are seeking an enthusiastic F&B manager who is looking ready to input change throughout the business with the support of the Hotel Management Team.

Responsibilities;

* Overseeing the main Restaurant & Bar

* Ensuring service standards at all times

* Supporting and motivating your F&B team- recruitment and training

* Achieving Bar GP

* Achieving wages budget

* All Health & Safety & Food Safety management

This is a permanent full time position with an annual salary between £27,000 - £28,000 per annum + share of gratuities
