Route 1 Recruitment are a local, family owned Recruitment Business based in the heart of Birstall.

Due to having a fantastic start to the year, we are now looking to add a further BDM to our team, who will help us achieve our long term goals, and expand in to new markets.

Your primary focus will be to secure new clients as well as identify any opportunities within active clients. You will also work closely with the service team to support the handing over of service requirements. You will achieve and excel targets and have a clear understanding of the benefits of using Route 1 Recruitment as a staffing provider.

Salary is dependant upon experience, however a clear bonus structure will be agreed upon interview stage.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

Applicant must ho;d a full UK Driving Licence with access to their own vehicle to be considered for this role.
