My client are a reputable main contractor that are working on a sought after flagship project in the North West. Due to company growth they are now looking for a Building Services Manager with either a Mechanical or electrical Bias to work closely with the delivery teams.

Ideal candidate:

* Solid experience working on the preconstruction and delivery phase of a project.

* All round knowledge of electrical/ mechanical work

* Knowledge of electrical / mechanical work.

* Up to date knowledge of building regulations.

* Quality driven.

* Passionate and proactive.

* Experience of high-rise residential projects.

Duties will include:

* Working in the delivery stage assisting with the design, scope and technical solution.

* Supporting the delivery team with the planning and coordination of a project.

* Implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans.

* Working closely with the supply chain to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.

* At times working site based supporting teams on challenging projects.
