Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a familiar local authority based in Surrey. They are looking for an Childcare Advocacy Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of £50 an hour umbrella depending on experience.

This role is on a 12 month temporary basis with potential to be long term.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Advocacy Solicitor:

Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
Advocate for children in court, tribunals, and administrative hearings.
Work with local authorities, social services, and non-profit organizations to ensure compliance with child protection laws.
Able to do advocacy when needed 
About you as a Childcare Advocacy Solicitor:

A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
