The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Assistant with fit-out experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the commercial function of the business while gaining valuable exposure to fast-paced, dynamic projects.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors in the preparation and management of project budgets.

* Support with procurement tasks, including sourcing suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out projects.

* Maintain accurate records of costs, variations, and payments.

* Assist in preparing and submitting valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.

* Monitor project costs and provide administrative support to ensure financial control.

* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Support with reporting and compliance in line with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a commercial role within the fit-out sector.

* Strong understanding of construction processes and project financials.

* Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
