Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (FLT Driving and Warehouse Work)

Location: Walsall

Salary: £26,000

Shift Patterns: 14:00 - 23:00

Brief description of responsibilities:

Key holder duties.

Checking paperwork.

Quality checking loads.

Ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards.

Forklift truck driving.

Plan, coordinated, and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution of goods.

Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.

Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained, conduct regular audits, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Prepare and maintain reports on logistics to report to the senior management team.

Liaise with a recruitment agency to deal with any extra labour required.

Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must have a Clean UK Driving licence with no infringements.

Must be 25+ for insurance purposes on the vehicles.

Must have leadership skills.

Must have an in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence.

Must be physically fit - ability to life and load is essential to this role.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good PC skills.
