Job Description

Lead the Quality function managing quality and business systems in compliance with IATF and supporting Automotive standards and requirements
Establish, and maintain customer/supplier relations
Support strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and manage quality metrics to drive improvements in the plant
Delivery of products on time and assure customer quality standards are met
Develops quality assurance plans to improve repeatability, reducing Cost of Non-Conformance 
Quality Manager
Essential Experience/Skills

Experience at a senior level within an Automotive quality environment (IATF 16949)
Management of direct reports in the quality team 
Quality Manager
