Our client is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a contract basis and offers hybrid working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and processing most aspects of billing and invoicing in the Upstream Chemicals product line, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
The role required excellent organisational skills to maintain efficient operations and support other administrative tasks as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers.
Proficiency with software applications including MS Office, e-mail, and web browsers.
Prior experience with SAP or other ERP system required.
Highly motivated, process driven, focused, result orientated, strong drive for excellence.
Basic trouble shooting skills and the ability to problem solve.
Qualifications bachelor’s degree in, Science, Engineering, or related field.
