currently has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager role based in Burton. This rare role is a great progression opportunity for someone who's had senior experience in parts and wants to progress in their career.
Job Duties Include:
- Giving the Branch Manager support in the operations of the business and daily sales.
- You will step in, in the absence of the branch manager to manage the daily operations of the business.
- Speaking to the customer base through telesales and at the sales counter.
- Motivate the sales team to hit targets.
- Speak to customers and promote the fantastic offers and promotions the business has to offer.
- Maintaining or exceeding expected/target profit margins on sales made.- Present a welcoming, warm and friendly atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Supply action plans to help branch growth and customer service.
Requirements:
- 3 years of automotive experience
- Ideally have experience with MAM software and cataloguing sites.
- Able to train and guide the sales team
- Ability to work under pressure.

This is a fantastic and rare position that has come available with a thriving business. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday (8 am till 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings (8 am till 12.30 pm). A strong salary basic of £30k is available as well as an achievable OTE of £40k.
