We currently have exciting opportunities for Learning and Development Advisor to join the team in Thetford.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday (Apply online only).

The rate of pay is £16.40 per hour (+10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am)

Main Responsibilities: Develop compliance training documents in partnership with other departments 

Identify and co-ordinate compliance training as and when required

Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training on site

Deliver shop floor training as necessary.

Ideal Candidate: Our ideal Learning and Development Advisor will have experience of working in a similar training/Learning and Development function and will be comfortable delivering training to staff from a variety of backgrounds.

Ideally you would have an understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and IOSH. In addition, you will also have a 'Train the Trainer' qualification.

You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload accordingly.
