Challenge-trg Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a well-established company in Haydock, WA3 3JD. We are looking for a confident Test, Clean and Pack Operative. Your pay rate as a Test, Clean and Pack Operative will be £11.80 per hour

Working hours as a Test Clean and Pack: Monday to Friday 06:30am until 15:30pm

Responsibilities as a Test, Clean and Pack Operative:

You will be reporting to the Team Leader
Be responsible for the test, cleaning and packing and ensuring they meet the customers criteria.
Be capable of testing any product covered by a local work instruction.
Clean all items in a timely manner ensuring all accessories and instructions are present to work instructions and grading criteria.
Carry out a final inspection of each product to ensure that it meets customer requirements.
Ensure that all relevant labels are attached to each unit and box and palletised correctly and safely.
Achieve the set targets in all areas of work e.g. turnaround, productivity KPI's and customer expectations.
Maintain the accessories' location in a clean and structured manner to assist all clean and packers.
Any SMS/BMS updates must be read, and any issues raised to your Team Leader or the IT/Quality Manager
Be familiar with and work to all ServiceTech's operational procedures as per ISO 9001
Be aware of and work to all health and safety procedures and highlight any issues.
Any other reasonable tasks as requested by a Team Leader or ManagerSkills & Experience Required as a Test, Clean and Pack Operative:

The role does include the user of a PC and internal systems, so some computer literacy is required
Ability to read, speak and understand English to a good standard
