In the role of Architect, you will provide support and assistance to the Design Manager across all areas of the design, specification, regulation, and planning process. This includes working closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects.

Qualifications
• RIBA Part 3
• Minimum 2 years industry experience post part 3.
• Trained in the use of AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment with a good understanding of BIM.

Responsibilities
Managing the design process from RIBA Stage 1 - 5 completion for all projects.
• Management of all day-to-day operations of your assigned packages and tasks.
• Collaborating closely with the Directors, and external consultants to produce full design package as required to meet and support your teams demands.
• Procuring surveys, investigations & reports necessary to facilitate design.
• Overseeing the design & technical coordination on site to ensure a timely delivery to handover.
• Attending site when required to address planning meetings, construction queries and to regularly review progress and keep office/site relations running smoothly.
