responsibilities description

* Leading a dedicated squad delivering CSMS changes required to enable the Personalised Self-Sampling initiative

* Delivery management of 1 agile development squad

* Coordination of requirements analysis, user story definition

* Coordination of integration between CSMS and Personalised Services (Dynamics CRM)

* Coordination of delivery and release management as part of the core CSMS delivery roadmap

* Regular reporting to Personalised Self-Sampling leadership group
