As a Supply Chain Coordinator here, you’re not just managing stock. You’re the link between procurement, transport, suppliers, and production – ensuring the operation doesn’t miss a beat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stock Management: You’ll oversee stock levels in cold storage, manage raw material intake, and handle customs administration. You’re the go-to person, ensuring stock meets the correct levels and timing.

• Supplier Performance: Work directly with suppliers, analysing KPIs, identifying weak points, and communicating those insights to keep things running smoothly.

• Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with transport teams and suppliers to make sure everything lands where and when it should.

• Continuous Improvement: You always think, “How can this be better?” and work with the team to optimise stock control and planning.

The Ideal You

• You’ve got a few years in the supply chain – ideally in food or a similar industry.

• You’re a spreadsheet pro and comfortable working with MRP/ERP systems.

• You’re sharp on detail, a natural problem-solver, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.

• You’re all about teamwork, with solid communication skills and a knack for making complex data digestible for others.
