Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies across the school
Engage with and support the implementation of initiatives, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of our school and staff
Monitor and evaluate the impact of teaching and learning, providing feedback and support to teachers

Wonderful children We are looking for someone with a proven track record in excellent classroom practice who:
is an outstanding practitioner with experience of teaching upper key stage two
has strong subject knowledge of the primary National Curriculum
has high expectations for all pupil’s attainment, achievement and behaviour
has proven impact of leading a whole school area from Reception to Year 6
has experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to support their professional development
has experience of analysing data and assessment for target setting in a specific area
has experience using monitoring and triangulation to review the quality of education and personal development
has experience of networking with all stakeholders in a led areaThis role will have a full time class commitment but weekly leadership time will be allocated to enable the successful candidate to carry out and complete leadership responsibilities.
