My Client have won a refurb project for Trans-Pennine Rail for 19 stations between Cleethorpes and Huddersfield, so a bit of travelling involved.

Just a flavour of the scope ranges:

Carpet tile

Patch plastering

Painting

Ceiling grid

Brickwork pointing

Car park pot holes

Duties to include:

Reporting to The Company Director.

Assisting client to finalise scopes and compare to pricing document.

Identifying any scope creep.

Management of resources (mostly internal).

Following programmes (Project).

Liaising with TR purchasing for supplies.

Snagging.

Hand-over.

Assisting with O&M information.

Cost reporting (Excel).

12 – 15 weeks.
