About the Role

My client, a leading Managed Services provider, is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work within Defence and Government environments, handling complex technical challenges and ensuring high-availability services.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure/administer M365, Azure, AWS

Manage VMware, VDI Virtualisation

Support Windows & Linux Servers, SQL Server

Maintain Networks (Cisco/HP), Firewalls (Fortinet/Cisco NG)

Oversee Storage Area Networks and documentation

Desirable Skills & Certifications:

M365/Azure & AWS Architecture

Cybersecurity (CISSP, M365 Security)

Networking (CCNA/CCNP), PowerShell, DevOps

Security Clearance Requirements

Sole UK nationals only due to customer project restrictions

UK MOD security clearance preferred or willingness to obtain
