Customer Service Representative

Salary: £22,464 per annum
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday), 09:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)

36 Hours per week

Full time, Permanent Role

We are currently looking for confident, approachable and ambitious candidate to work with my client, to support the continuous service of their valued customers.

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Representative

Providing face to face customer service.
Dealing with outbound and inbound calls.
Booking reviews for customers.
Provide support for vulnerable customers.
Recommend relevant products to customers.
The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
Represent the company behaviours: be accountable, be curious, be collaborative, be brave.
