We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting social housing project. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on local communities by overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical installations in affordable housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise electrical installation works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.

* Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support.

* Oversee the quality control of all electrical works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, testing, and installations.

* Ensure that all health and safety practices are followed, maintaining a safe working environment.

* Resolve technical issues and challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Gold ECS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably within the construction or housing sector.

* Knowledge of electrical regulations and standards (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations).

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Experience working on social housing or residential projects is highly desirable.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
