Job title: Executive Assistant
Contract: 3-6 months temporary
Pay: £21.50 - £25 an hour
Hours: 35 hours a week, 9-5, flexibility required
Location: Marble Arch, London (Hybrid working available)

You will be ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of one of our client's senior leadership. The role will include:

Provide high-level administrative support
Manage a busy and complex calendar, diary and inbox, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Screen and prioritise incoming communications, including emails and phone call
Serve as the primary point of contact between executive and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order
Organise and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Facilitate virtual meetings across multiple time zones
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Maintain confidentiality agreements and ensure secure handling of sensitive documents
Ensure maintaining and building positive relationships with colleagues and all internal/external stakeholders
Support with any ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the businessExperience and skill sets we're looking for:

Vast EA experience supporting Senior Executives
Tech Savvy - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills
Excellent organisation skills, proven experience managing busy and complex diaries
A confident and direct communicator (both verbal and written)
Someone who thrives in challenging environments
