Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
✅ Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
✅ Ensure health & safety compliance and best practices on-site.
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
✅ Monitor budgets, programme schedules, and quality control.

Requirements:

✔ SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications (essential).
✔ Experience managing RC frame projects, ideally in the commercial or public sector.
✔ Proven track record with Tier 1 or leading main contractors.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage and drive project performance within programme and budget constraints.
