We’re looking for a Construction Contracts / Project Manager to join a leading property company managing a multi-billion-pound portfolio. This client-side role focuses on whiteboxing retail and industrial spaces, overseeing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
Lead the tender process, select contractors, and oversee performance.
Work with stakeholders (architects, engineers, designers) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Control costs and identify savings without compromising standards.
Solve challenges and keep projects on track. What You’ll Need:

Proven construction & contract management experience (retail/industrial a plus).
Strong procurement, cost control, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and lead teams.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or similar.
