Quantity Surveyor / Highways / Perm / NEC3/4 Contracts

Kennet Solutions have partnered with one of the fastest growing and well-established Highways / Civils contractors in the UK.

Last year they turned over £170M and are a staple part of the SDF frameworks plus a key contractor in the 6 year LCRR Framework (£968M) taking place this year.

And they're now looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in NEC contracts and experience from any sector of civil engineering inc. highways, civils, utilities, energy, power, groundworks, earthworks, rail.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Sub-contract management

* Understanding of commercial deadlines

* Assisting the commercial lead with CVR's

* Regular client Liaison and reducing the WIP
