RSK Group is now hiring for a Sales Support Consultant to join the Direct Sales Team. The role will be Hybrid working from home and 1 day per week in the Helsby office with the team.
The position can be offered as Full Time or Part Time hours, can be discussed at interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Sales Support Team but working closely with the Business Development Consultants:
* Search various portals for new frameworks and opportunities that can be distributed throughout RSK
* Record keeping of all distributed frameworks and opportunities onto a central CRM system.
* Chase feedback from frameworks and opportunities to record where each one is up to.
* Actively maintain information, keeping track of all frameworks RSK has been awarded onto.
* Keep up to date with RSK’s developing range of services to ensure advantage is taken of all opportunities.
* Maintaining an organised Inbox both for frameworks and opportunities. Every email is to be distributed or replied to in a timely manner.
* Provide sales support to the Business Development Directors as and when needed.
* Consult with the prequalification support team to ensure e-portal profiles are up-to-date and accurately reflect the services offered to ensure maximisation of opportunities.
* Update e-portal log-in details when required.
* General sales support to the Business Development Consultants as required, including arranging sales meetings and occasional reports.
* Receive daily opportunity notifications from various e-portals/procurement sites then distribute promptly to appropriate RSK teams.
* Search various portals and platforms daily (and certain ones weekly) for new opportunities that can be distributed throughout RSK

* Fully competent using MS Office, MS Teams, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and the internet for research.
