Our client is looking to recruit a fabric engineer based in Hatfield working for prestigious commercial environment with opportunity of working through a career progression, upskilling opportunities within a growing sector.

Availability for On-call DutiesKey Responsibilities:
General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
Painting & Decorating
Tiling
Carpentry
Basic plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Changing light bulbs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Minor electrical works
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Essential Qualifications & Experience:
City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
Proven experience in a comparable Building Service Role.
Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase control and distribution circuits.
Familiarity with Lighting, Motor, UPS Systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
City & Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering.
Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems.
Certified in using access equipment.
Specialized training in relevant areas.
Health and safety qualifications.
